Over the past two decades as a fitness coach, I’ve helped thousands of people gain physical and mental strength, but I’ve often felt as if something was missing.
I love to exercise, but I understand most people don’t. Exercise is hard. Sometimes it hurts. It takes time. It can cost money. And it can be superficial.
There are lots of reasons why we shouldn’t do it, but I’ve discovered the most important reason why we should.
To glorify to our Creator.
Worshipping as we workout is the key to enjoying exercise and utilizing it to thrive in every area of life.
