Grip strength is an indicator of overall health and longevity. Research proves that people who maintain grip strength stay physically and mentally healthier and stronger, longer.

If you have strong hands, wrists, and forearms, it’s likely the rest of your body is strong. When you’re strong, you’re usually more mobile and have better balance and endurance. When you move better, you can do more and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Poor grip strength is an indicator of a weak immune system and puts you at risk for chronic disease. If you’re weak and don’t feel well, you won’t enjoy life as much, which is why a weak grip has been connected to loneliness, depression, and cognitive decline.

Only God knows our days, but He wants us to live abundantly. He put His strength in us. Why not tap into it?
